POS Settings

Send Invoice Detail

Show Customer Details in Invoice

Show Location Details in Invoice

Use this section to display your business location details directly on the invoice.

This may include your branch address and contact number. Displaying location information helps customers identify which branch issued the invoice and improves overall transparency.

Show Package Information

This setting controls the display of package-related information on invoices.

You can choose to show the package name, number of sessions, and the services included within the package. Including these details makes invoices more descriptive and clear for your customers.

Invoice Report Settings

In this section, you can specify the email address where invoice reports should be delivered.

This is particularly useful for managers or accounts teams who need daily, weekly, or monthly invoice tracking. Simply enter the email address and save your settings to ensure reports are delivered properly.

Invoice WhatsApp Numbers

This section allows you to add WhatsApp numbers for receiving invoice notifications.

Invoice alerts or summaries will be sent to the numbers entered here. Remember to include the correct country code to ensure proper delivery of notifications.

Company Policy URLs

The Company Policy URL section allows you to link your Terms and Conditions page and Privacy Policy page.

Adding these URLs ensures transparency and legal compliance and allows them to be included in invoices or customer communications.

Invoice Terms & Conditions URL : Paste the URL to your Terms and Conditions page here.This helps customers understand the rules and conditions related to your services or purchases.

Privacy Policy URL : Add the link to your Privacy Policy in this field. This informs customers how their data is collected, used, and protected within your business.
