Super Admin Setting

The Super Admin Setting page allows authorized administrators to manage platform-wide configurations including communication providers, payment gateways, invoice information, tooltip behavior, organization fees, and default operational settings.

SMS Provider

Select the SMS gateway providers available across the platform.

Examples:

  • Twilio
  • Textsend

These providers are used for OTPs, reminders, notifications, and transactional messages.

WhatsApp Provider

Choose the WhatsApp messaging providers integrated with the platform.

Examples:

  • Wamatas
  • Whapi
  • Watgem

Used for appointment alerts, promotional messages, OTPs, and customer communication.

Textsend Configuration

Configure how Textsend should operate across branches.

Options:

  • Single Location : One shared configuration for a single branch
  • Multiple Location : Separate configurations for multiple branches
Payment Options

Enable supported payment gateways for online payments.

Examples:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal
Stripe Platform Fee (%)

Define the default platform fee percentage charged on Stripe transactions.

Vendor Invoice Settings (Issued By)

Configure the company information shown on vendor invoices.

Available Fields:

  • Company Name
  • Address Line 1
  • Address Line 2
  • City
  • Postcode

Additional Option:

  • Show “Issued By (Company Address)” Address in Vendor Invoice
Tooltip Settings
Enable Tooltips

Enable or disable help tooltips across the platform.

When enabled:

  • Help icons appear beside fields
  • Users can view descriptions and guidance
  • Improves usability for staff and administrators
Organization Platform Fees

Set custom platform fees for individual organizations.

Table Columns:

  • Organization

Action:

  • Save : Save platform fee for selected organization
Default Settings

Manage default values used throughout the platform.

Default Giftcard Timeline (In months)

Set the default validity duration for gift cards.

Service Interval (In Days)

Define the number of days used for follow-up intervals or service timing rules.
