Services

The Services page is used to manage all individual services offered by your business. It allows you to create, organize, update, and control the availability of services across bookings, pricing, and client-facing platforms.

Search

Use the search bar to quickly locate a specific service by name.

Category Filter

The Select Category dropdown helps you filter services based on their assigned category, making it easier to manage large lists.

Bulk Selection & Delete

Checkboxes allow you to select multiple services and remove them using the Delete button.

Export / Import

Export: Download the list of services for reporting or backup.
Import: Upload services in bulk using a supported file format.

Update Price List

Use this option to update pricing details for multiple services efficiently.

Add Service

Click Add Service to create a new service with all required configurations.

Services Table

The table displays all services with key details and controls:

Name :

Displays the name of the service.

Category :

Shows the category or service type the service belongs to.

Price :

Indicates the cost of the service.

Gender :

Specifies whether the service is applicable to male, female, or unisex clients.

Status :

Controls whether the service is active in the system. Active services are available for booking and use.

Online Status :

Determines whether the service is visible for online booking.

Price List Status :

Defines whether the service appears in price lists and pricing documents.

Injectable :

Indicates whether the service is marked as an injectable treatment.

Menu Order :

Allows you to control the display order of services. Lower numbers appear first.

Toggle Controls

Several columns include toggle switches that allow quick updates:

  • Activate or deactivate services
  • Control online visibility
  • Include or exclude services from price lists

These controls help you manage services efficiently without opening the edit page.

Actions

Each service includes the following action options:

Edit : Opens the service form to update details such as pricing, category, and visibility settings.

View : Displays detailed information about the selected service.

Delete : Removes the service from the system.

Add / Edit Service

Overview

The Add / Edit Service page allows you to create new services or update existing ones. This page controls how services are configured, scheduled, priced, and displayed across booking platforms, reports, and client-facing systems.

Service Name

Enter the official name of the service. This name appears on booking pages, receipts, and reports, so it should be clear and descriptive.

Service Type

Select the appropriate service category. This helps organize your services and ensures proper filtering for both staff and clients.

Service Test

Choose a service test if required. This ensures that clients complete necessary consultations or patch tests before booking the service.

Service Type Groups

Assign the service to one or more groups for better organization, filtering, and bundling within the system.

Duration

Set the service duration in minutes. This determines how time slots are allocated in the booking calendar.

Menu Order

Define the display position of the service. Lower values appear higher in lists, while leaving it blank allows automatic sorting.

Service Interval (Number of Days)

Specify the minimum number of days required between repeat bookings. This is useful for treatments that need recovery time.

Service For (Gender)

Select the applicable gender category. This ensures accurate filtering during booking.

Description

Provide a detailed explanation of the service, including what it includes and any important notes for clients.

Injectable Service

Indicate whether the service is an injectable treatment. This helps categorize and manage specialized services.

Enable Online Booking

Control whether the service is available for online booking. Disable this option for services that should only be booked internally.

Status

Set the service as active or inactive. Active services are available for booking, while inactive ones are hidden.

Price List Status

Decide whether the service should appear in price lists or customer-facing pricing documents.

Price

Enter the standard price of the service.

Special Price

Set a discounted or promotional price. This will be displayed during booking when applicable.

Commission

Define the commission earned by staff for performing this service. This is used for payroll and reporting.

Price Start From

Enable this option if pricing varies and you want to display “Starting From” instead of a fixed amount.

Price Range

Use this option when the service has a variable cost range rather than a single price.

Hide Crossout Pricing

Enable this to hide the original price when a discounted price is applied.

Deposit Options

Choose how payments are handled during booking:

  • Full deposit
  • Minimum deposit
  • No deposit

This allows flexibility in managing client payments.

Taxation Type

Select the applicable tax category for the service, such as VAT or GST.

Tax (%)

Enter the tax percentage. The system will automatically calculate tax during billing.

Scheduled Price Changes

This section allows you to plan future price updates:

  • Set an effective date for the new price
  • Define updated price, special price, and maximum price
  • Add multiple scheduled changes as needed

This feature is useful for planned price revisions without manual updates later.

Actions

Submit : Saves the service details and applies all configurations.

Cancel : Exits the page without saving any changes.
